David Silberman

Summary

After nearly 15 years of practicing divorce and matrimonial law, including 10 years operating his own law firm, David Silberman joined DWK as a partner offering his extensive litigation experience to clients with the same direct, sensible, and reliable legal advice that has resulted in hundreds of successful settlements outside of the courtroom. 

And if a case does not settle, David develops the legal analysis and strategy to help clients prevail in the courtroom. David believes litigation is an art, not a science so there is no trial lawyers’ “magic bullet.” David’s approach to offer first-rate legal advice is to focus on the nuances, details, and clients, while keeping abreast of the constant changes in the law.
