Summary

Natalie Lamphier represents clients in a wide variety of family law matters, with a focus on handling issues in contentious divorces. As she counsels clients through disputes, Natalie works to resolve matters efficiently and effectively, protecting their interests and enabling them to move forward.

Natalie joined DWK as an associate attorney in 2019. Previously, Natalie worked for a general practice in DuPage County, with a focus on family law. Natalie represented clients in divorce, post-decree, child support, and parentage cases, as well as in probate, guardianship and estate planning matters.

Natalie earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, where she was an editor at the William Mitchell Journal of Law and Practice. While attending law school, Natalie showed a commitment to service through her volunteer work with the Minnesota Justice Foundation and her work with the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project where she taught Constitutional Law to high-school seniors in St. Paul. Additionally, Natalie clerked for two years at a general practice law firm in Minnesota where she worked on a variety of cases, including appeals, civil commitments, breach of contract cases, family law, and other areas of practice.

Natalie is active in the legal community and she currently serves as the Third Vice President of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. 

Natalie graduated Cum Laude from Hamline University in Minnesota, earning her B.A. in legal studies, criminal justice and history. Natalie graduated with distinction in legal studies as a result of her research regarding domestic violence on college campuses.
