Michele Moreschi serves clients with needs in various areas of family law, including dissolution of marriage, allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time, child support and spousal maintenance, and orders of protection.

A former prosecutor, Michele balances strong advocacy with sensitivity and discretion. She builds a unique approach to each case she handles, designed to meet the client’s specific needs and achieve the most favorable outcome possible.

Michele served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office for nearly five years, handling over 100 criminal bench trials and jury trials at both the misdemeanor and felony level. She also developed exceptional skills in pretrial motion practice. Her time spent in the felony trial division at the State’s Attorney’s Office provided Michele with unmatched litigation experience that she uses to secure optimal results for her clients. 

With her extensive courtroom experience and the nuanced perspective she brings to managing complex cases, Michele offers her clients a thoughtful and strategic approach to family law matters.
