Representing clients in all aspects of family and divorce litigation, including dissolution of marriage, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, Tyler takes a multifaceted approach to every case. By blending zealous advocacy with a focus on client communication, he ensures that while the legal strategy remains rigorous, his client’s voice is never lost in the process. Tyler is also a trained mediator who provides services to parties seeking an alternative pathway through domestic relations matters.
Reflecting his commitment to excellence in the field, Tyler was named a Rising Star in 2024 by Illinois Super Lawyers and has maintained that designation in each subsequent year thereafter. Additionally, he is a Certified Financial Litigator (“CFL”) through the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators (“AACFL”) a designation that allows him to provide clients with high-level guidance in cases involving complex financial matters.
Prior to joining Dussia Wittenberg Koenigsberger, LLP, Tyler gained significant trial experience early in his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office in the domestic violence unit. This early trial experience provided Tyler with a unique opportunity, at the start of his legal career, to refine the litigation and courtroom strategies necessary to secure optimal results for his clients.
Drawing on his education, training, and background, Tyler has developed a methodical approach to pretrial motion practice and trial advocacy that allows him to effectively navigate high-conflict litigation tailored to each client’s goals and best interests.
