Michael F. Koenigsberger of Dussias Wittenberg Koenigsberger LLP presented at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE 2017) session on “Child Support and Maintenance Program”. Michael’s session on “High(er) Income Case Child Support and Maintenance” provided an explanation on how guidelines are applied and when they are deviated from on higher income cases. Michael was also a key member of the roundtable panel discussion that included judges and practitioners sharing their thoughts on where the law is heading and how all members of the board can contribute to serving justice as family law attorneys.
